IN-SCHOOL YEAR ROUND CLASSES
Do you offer make-up classes?
GROUP: To keep our group classes calm, focused, and enjoyable for everyone, we do not offer make-up classes. Learning Spanish is an academic process that requires consistency and full attention. By minimizing interruptions, we create a supportive environment where children feel confident and comfortable to speaking Spanish.
PRIVATE: May be rescheduled once per month with at least 24 hours’ notice to be eligible. Make-up classes are non-cumulative and do not roll over to future months.
What is the cancellation policy? Cancellation requests must be emailed at least thirty (30) days prior to your desired end date to pause recurring payments. Cancellations will not be accepted for the month of June.
How does the monthly pricing work if the number of classes varies? The number of classes may vary from month to month depending on the day of the week your class meets, as well as holidays and school closures. We factor this in so your monthly payment stays the same throughout the year.
How does tuition and monthly billing work? Tuition is split into equal monthly payments. Holidays and school breaks are already factored into the tuition, so payments stay the same each month. A one-time, non-refundable registration and materials fee is charged each school year.
What holidays and school breaks do you observe? We follow the Manhattan Beach Unified School District calendar. You can view holidays and school closures using this LINK.
Will I receive a receipt for my payments? You’ll receive a payment receipt by email every time a payment is processed. Receipts are sent to the email address on file in our system (Sawyer).
How do I update my credit card on file? Log in to your Sawyer account using this LINK. Then go to Account > Payment Method to update your credit card information.

SUMMER CAMPS
What is the cancellation policy? Cancellations are accepted until May 1st, with a 90% reimbursement.
How do you handle food allergies? While Spanish in Action is not an allergy-free program, we do take precautions. Children with food allergies are seated separately during snack or meal times.
MOMMY AND ME
Do you offer make-up classes? At this time, we don’t offer make-up classes for Mommy & Me. Since classes meet on the same day each week, we’re not able to provide alternate class days.
